I am the third owner of this 560 SEC. The vehicle spent most of it's time in California and Arizona and has no rust issues. The vehicle drives and shifts very well and the ride is excellent. The previous owner parked the vehicle under a pine tree and the sap damaged the clear coat on the trunk,roof and hood. I have recently had the Black exterior resprayed and the paint looks very good. The interior leather seats have no rips,tears or cracks and are very comfortable. The dash is in excellent shape. The interior overall is in very good shape and this a non smoker vehicle. The power windows and heated seats work as they should. Four almost new Michelin tires have very few miles.The NADA price range for this vehicle is from low retail of $8050 to high retail of $20,000. The starting bid for this auction is below low retail. The additional set of Lorinser tires and rims cost over $2000 new and are in good condition with plenty of tread., This is very good driver and the new owner will not be disappointed. Selling this 1990 Mercedes Benz 560 SEL, the last of the big bodies from Mercedes when quality meant something. It is finished in code 147, white on beige. It runs good and shifts good. The paint is in decent shape with some clearcoat peel on the passenger rear door and pillar above the right quarter, (see photos and video). Dash is not cracked. Has chrome Mercedes wheels and chrome fender trim all the way around. The sunroof slides back and forth nicely, the headliner is not sagging. The interior is decent with the exception of the driver's seat, bolster and bottom cushion. If you have been looking for a good one, this is it. It, will need accumulators as the self leveling suspension is old but still intact. Drive it as is and enjoy it. Holds a clean California title, CARFAX and Autocheck. This is the final year of the classic W126 S class sedan by Mercedes Benz. The car is a documented original one owner car. NO ACCIDENTS ALL ORIGINAL PAINT! The car has every feature availiable during its day new. It has special features like heated and electrically adjustable front and rear seats. The A/C is ice cold original radio and antenna work correctly. The car has no dings no dents NO RUST anywhere. The interior wood, leather carpets are also in amazing like new condition.
